Miltos Kamouzas is a graduate Biomedical Technology Engineer from the University of West Attica and is President and co-founder of EVIKOON. He has extensive experience in hearing aid sales and audiology in general since the early 1990s. He has significant expertise in technical matters relating to the manufacture and repair of hearing aids and has participated in dozens of seminars and training sessions on new models, as well as audiology conferences both in Greece and abroad.

Argyris Maragkos is a graduate Physicist from the University of Athens with extensive professional experience in audiology-related fields both in Greece and in Hanover, Germany. He is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of EVIKOON. He has attended a very large number of seminars from the early 1990s to the present and has participated in numerous industry conferences since then. His role involves overall supervision and management, as well as representing the company.

Chrysostomos Baxevanidis is a graduate Biomedical Technology Engineer from the University of West Attica with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Data Communication Systems from Brunel University London and (MSc) in Audiology-Neurotology from the Medical School of the University of Athens. He is responsible for the company’s Business Development, overseeing daily operations at EVIKOON and intervening where necessary. He has worked at EVIKOON since 2006 and during this time has held various positions within the company, including Hearing Aid Specialist, Head of Sales and Clinical Support for Cochlear Implants, Head of the Technical Department, and Head of Quality Assurance, among others. He has played an active role in European research programmes related to Audiology and has participated in numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops in Greece and abroad.

Vasilis Bitzios is a graduate Physicist from the University of Athens, with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Medical Physics-Radiophysics from the University of Athens and in Audiology-Neurotology from the Medical School of the University of Athens. He is responsible for the clinical support of individuals with cochlear implants or bone-anchored hearing devices, as well as conventional hearing aids in general, applying specialized adjustments. He has worked at the company since 2019. He has extensive experience in fitting paediatric patients with cochlear implants. He pursues continuous professional development through seminars and training both in Greece and abroad to remain fully informed about the most modern solutions in hearing rehabilitation.

Aristotelis Konstantinidis is an Electrical and Computer Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, holding an MBA in Financial Systems from NTUA and an MSc in Audiology-Neurotology from the Medical School of the University of Athens. He joined the company in 2014. He has attended numerous seminars and training sessions in Greece and abroad to remain fully informed about the latest developments in hearing rehabilitation and to apply best practices in providing personalized and accurate solutions for each user.

Giorgos Rigkos is a Physicist from the University of Patras, with an MBA in Business Administration and further training in Audiology-Neurotology from the Medical School of the University of Athens. He has worked at the company since 2017, managing the retail customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction. He consistently attends all training sessions and seminars for new models from the manufacturers represented by EVIKOON so that, using the most modern and optimal practices, he can provide the ideal solution in every case, drawing on his extensive experience.

Kostas Gounarakis is a graduate Biomedical Technology Engineer from the University of West Attica and is completing postgraduate studies in Audiology-Neurotology at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He has worked at EVIKOON since 2016. His responsibilities include supporting users at all stages of hearing aid fitting and adjustment, providing personalized solutions for each case. He has participated in numerous training seminars in Greece and abroad, applying best practices in every situation.

Evi Kamouza holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Athens and a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Biochemistry–Molecular Diagnostics from the University of Athens, as well as an MSc in Audiology–Neurotology from the School of Medicine of the University of Athens. She has been working at the company since 2019. She continuously stays up to date with all new models and emerging technologies through trainings and seminars in Greece and abroad, implementing best practices and providing the most suitable solution in every case.

Evangelos Angelopoulos is a Biomedical Technology Engineer from the University of West Attica and holds a diploma as an electronics technician for audiovisual devices. He has been part of the company since 2009 and has extensive experience in managing and optimally addressing cases of hearing loss. He consistently attends all training sessions on new models from the manufacturers represented by EVIKOON, enabling him to apply best and most modern practices and offer the ideal solution to each user by utilizing the latest technology.

Louloudis Kalafatis studied Physics at the University of Patras and joined the company in 2010. He has extensive experience in providing personalized solutions for hearing loss and in the overall management of cases requiring rehabilitation with hearing aids, gained through years of professional involvement as well as continuous training. He consistently attends all training sessions for new models from the manufacturers represented by EVIKOON in Greece and abroad, enabling him to offer the ideal solution by utilizing the latest technology.

Thodoris Dimas is a Biomedical Technology Engineer from the University of West Attica and has been part of EVIKOON since 2022. His responsibilities include supporting users at all stages of hearing aid fitting and adjustment, providing personalized solutions for each case guided by a human-centered approach. Since joining the company’s team, he has consistently attended seminars on all new models from the manufacturers represented by EVIKOON, enabling him to offer the most suitable solution in every case.

Katerina Bouka holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of West Attica and has worked at EVIKOON since 2005. She is responsible for warehouse and goods distribution operations. Her duties include commercial management and order fulfilment for both wholesale clients and EVIKOON branches with the necessary products, maintaining adequate stock levels of goods and consumables, and communicating with international suppliers to ensure sufficient supply.

Maria Maragkou holds a degree in Marketing & Management from the American College of Greece (Deree) and has also studied Industrial Management at the University of Piraeus. She has been part of EVIKOON since 2020 and is the Head of the company’s Marketing Department. Her role involves shaping the company’s marketing strategy through continuous monitoring of advertising campaigns, managing corporate events, coordinating with external partners, etc., and implementing corrective actions whenever necessary to ensure optimal performance of these activities.

Vasilis Troupis holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business and works at EVIKOON as Head of Accounting. He has extensive experience in accounting management matters, gained both within and outside the company. In addition to central accounting management, his responsibilities include supervising and supporting branch offices regarding the handling of daily accounting and financial obligations.

Ioannis Mittas is a Biomedical Technology Engineer from the University of West Attica. He has worked in EVIKOON’s technical department since 2010 and has contributed to its development and smooth operation ever since. He is currently the Head of the company’s manufacturing and repair laboratory. He has been trained and continues to receive training both from international manufacturers and through internal seminars on new models represented by EVIKOON, particularly on technical matters relating to the laboratory.
